Where are you active? Since when? Why are you not active? Veteran? Golden Party Badge (NSDAP badge with a membership number under 100,000)? Other badges of honor of the movement? Active service from and to? Unit?

It then asks: 'Bezieher des Schulungsbriefes' and 'durch wen', which means 'Recipient of the training letter?' and 'by whom?'... I'm unsure what this is referring to? Anyone know?]
