Sunday (Sun's Day)

(waning crescent)

The basic idea behind this rather playful and light-hearted shoot was inspired by the extremely strange book called The Urantia Book.
The book was supposedly 'discovered' by William S. Sadler in Chicago sometime between 1924 and 1955.

"How are you fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of morning! How are you cast down, you who dared... 53:1.3 (601.5)

The Lucifer emblem was a banner of white with one red circle, in the center of which a black solid circle appeared. 53:5.5 (606.1)

This was the emblem Lucifer chose to represent his ideology of self assertion and unbridled liberty.
He declared that God the creator was a lie fabricated by the celestial administration in an attempt to limit the development
of the individual by the very trap we all must learn to not fall prey to: unbridled liberty."

[Below: The music in the background is Skrewdriver - Voice of Britain. Skrewdriver and Ian Stuart are such an inspiration to bands and people all over the world, myself included.]

[Below: The music in the background is Saga - The Green Fields of France. Saga is by far one of my favorite female vocalists.]

[Below: The music in the background is Xanataph - Through Her Eyes of Death. We used an instrumental version of this on our 2002 Mourning the Ancient film. It was one of my favorite pieces of the entire film. This version in particular is the original. The creator made this for some sort of school project years before and when I asked him if he had any music to contribute to the film he played me this. I instantly fell in love with the music!]
