There's nothing like the 'B' movies of yesterday. They just can't do them like they used to. Or shall I say, very rarely. Even when they were bad, they were kinda good.]

[Note: OK, this can get confusing. Here are some various releases of the cult film Zombie. The first three shown are the same film, with different features and versions, despite the fact the third one above is called Zombi 2, which was its European title. It also is a two disc version which includes a comic book, shown above, of an upcoming movie. The third Zombie, 'Zombi 3' without the 'e' is also directed Fulci but with the help of Bruno Mattei. The fourth Zombie is not directed by Fulci and is directed by Claudio Fragasso. Get all that? Well, anyway, the original Zombie is a killer movie. The confusion with the Zombie name came when Dawn of the Dead was released in Europe. For some reason they renamed it 'Zombi.' To cash in on the name, 'Zombi 2' was released, but it is really Zombie 1, and 'Zombi' is really Dawn of the Dead. Err... now even I am getting confused! hehe... Check out the example below.]

[Note: Forget about the American remakes of Ringu, they are terrible. The original Japanese release, called 'Ringu' is incredibly cool. All of the above are Japanese versions, but since they are Hong Kong bootlegs (MPEG2) they call them 'Ring,' which is what Ringu means. You can see an official release of Ringu on the top. The other films to follow the original lacked the cool intensity of the original. I thought I would hate this movie. The plot seemed stupid and modern. Was I ever wrong. It's a killer film.]
