[Note: This rather vile film is directed by Shaun Costello. Also known as 'Enema Bandit'. This is porn disguised as a movie. It is loosley based on true events by Michael Hubert Kenyon, nicknamed the 'Enema Bandit'. Apparently he went on a 'cleansing spree' on the campus of the University of Illinois at Urbana in the 1960s/70s. He would rob women and occasionally forcibly give them enemas! Kenyon served just six years in prison before being parolled! Further note, Frank Zappa wrote a song about him called 'The Illinois Enema Bandit'.]

  • Released by [Anchor Bay]

  • Duration [94 minutes]

[Note: This film is directed by Ryan Schifrin. Not a very good movie, but the creature effects were pretty freaky and good.]

    The Iron Rose

[Note: This film is directed by Jean Rollin. All of Rollin's films have a strange surreal atmosphere and this one is no exception. The cemetery this is filmed in is gorgeous and immense, it might even be the best part of the film. The decaying graves, statues and tombs make an excellent back drop. Not one of my favorite Rollin films, but interesting.]

    Flesh Feast/3 On A Meathook

    [DVD#334]

  • Rating [Unrated]

  • Released by [Grind Global Media]

  • Duration [-]

  • Presentation [Fullscreen]

  • ©1970/1973

[Note: This first film, Flesh Feast is total garbage. The plot matches the horrible film quality, worse than VHS. 3 On A Meathook however was a cool film I had never heard of.]

    Argento's Dracula

    [Blu-ray#335]

  • Rating [Unrated]

  • Released by [IFC Midnight]

  • Presentation [Widescreen]

[Note: Directed by Dario Argento. Staring Asia Argento and Rutger Hauer. I'm a big fan of Dario Argento's old films but I haven't cared for his recent efforts. This film had way too many computer effects, in fact it is loaded with them, and most of them are poorly done. The plot is rushed and the characters are also poorly introduced. When they die you don't really care because you didn't really know who the hell they were anyway. Probably about the only thing that will attract people to this film is the nudity. Oh well, at least it's SOMETHING...]
